Estimator
Dawn Wolski, the first team member at Northwind Painting since its establishment in 2014, serves as an Estimator who handles estimations for most of the projects the company bids on. With a diverse background including roles like laborer, painter, epoxy flooring mixologist, and project manager, Dawn aims to become the Lead Estimator and help Northwind Painting reach $10 million in revenue. Outside of work, Dawn enjoys spending time with family, pursuing hobbies like gardening, beekeeping, dog training, and photography, as well as engaging in activities like fishing, berry picking, boating, and Alaska adventures. Dawn is a member of the Matsu Master Gardener Association and holds certificates for completing various training classes with their dogs. Family is central to Dawn’s life, including a husband of almost 30 years, two wonderful children, a daughter-in-law, and anticipation of their first grandchild in May 2024, alongside a work family known since 2004, emphasizing the belief that animals are family too.
